All Cut Up is not a production company, it is simply the moniker and creative dwelling of freelance filmmakers, Brandon Vedder and Colin Mika. Between their collaborations and individual endeavors they have built an artful, diverse and uncompromising body of work.
BRANDON VEDDER
Brandon Vedder is an award winning filmmaker whose films have ranged from following famed rock band Pearl Jam for “Pearl Jam: Live at The Garden” to embedding in South African townships & refugee camps documenting the stories behind the blood soaked outburst of violence against northern immigrants for his documentary, “Black on Black”. Brandon’s most recent release is the critically acclaimed and award winning documentary “La Source”, which is narrated by Oscar nominated actor, Don Cheadle. The film was released theatrically in LA & NYC and has toured the world playing over 30 film festivals. “La Source” was selected by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural affairs as part of their artistic diplomacy program which screens American films for audiences all over the globe. Brandon is currently working on “In Pursuit of Silence”, which is a meditative feature documentary about the value of silence, our relationship with sound, and the implications of living in such a noisy world.
